Cleaning concentrate for removal of lime scales and rust deposits

Removes tough scales from all kinds of surfaces.
Very effective in removing oxide film and brightens the metal surface.
Can be used on kitchen equipments, utensils, dishwashing machines, boilers, steamers and tiles.
Soaking:
Add 50-200 ml of WOPPER BDS to 1L of water, depending on the degree of scale.
The equipment is filled or soaked with the solution until the complete dissolution of scales.
Remove heavy deposits by scrubbing.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow the equipment to dry.
Spraying:
Add 200-400 ml of WOPPER BDS 1L of water, depending on the degree of scales, Spray the solution on the scales; leave it for 30 minutes and brush.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow the equipment to dry.

Dishwashing Machines:
Switch off the dosing equipment and fill the dishwasher with fresh water.
Add sufficient quantities of WOPPER BDS to produce a 10-20% solution (100-200 ml/L).
Allow the solution to circulate for 10-15 minutes or until the scales are removed.
Drain and rinse thoroughly. Allow the equipment to dry by leaving the door open.
Switch on the dosing equipment.
It is advised to check suitability in equipments made of copper, brass and aluminium. WOPPER BDS can be safely used on stainless steel parts.
Avoid contamination of food during use or storage.
WOPPER BDS must be stored in a shaded place at normal room temperatures.
When stored in its original sealed container, it has a shelf life of at least 24 months. When the container is opened, it is advised to use the contents quickly.
The container must be closed air-tight after every use.
