Technically advanced cleaner and de-scaler.
Contains special encapsulating polymer to disperse and remove scales.
Protects mild steel, stainless steel, copper and brass from scales.
Dissolves scales rapidly and efficiently.
Removes rust deposits.
Eco-friendly.
For Cooling Towers
Close make up water valve to tower basin.
Remove mud, rust and other foreign matter manually prior to the process.
Prepare WOPPER NILSCALE solution in such a way to have a 20% concentration solution. The dosage, however, depends on the severity of the deposit build-up in the system.
After circulating the solution for 1-2 hours, drain and flush with clean water for 2-3 times.
If scales persist, increase dosage or circulation time.
SPECIALITIES
For Boilers
Fill the boiler with clean water.
Add WOPPER NILSCALE to it in such a way to have a 20% concentration solution. The dosage, however, depends on the severity of the deposit build-up in the system.
Leave the solution for 1-2 hours. Drain and flush with clean water for 2-3 times.
Efficiency can be improved at elevated temperatures (60-70'C).
If scales persist, increase dosage or contact time.
WOPPER NILSCALE should not be used on aluminum or galvanized surfaces.
Avoid skin and eye contact.
WOPPER NILSCALE must be stored in a shaded place at normal room temperatures. When stored in its original sealed container, it has a shelf life of at least 24 months. When the container is opened, it is advised to use the contents quickly. The container must be closed air-tight after every use.
